Logo Collection

These are a collection of personalized logos for various real estate agents within a brokerage. Each agent had a unique target demographic, necessitating a tailored approach. The design process started with an agent consultation to discuss logo details, target demographics, and ideal clients. A follow-up Creative Brief email clarified the company/product/service name, brand descriptors, target demographic, and a "brand attributes analysis" to ensure alignment with the agent's vision and serve as a future reference. The process then moved on to sketching ideas on pen and paper, with the strongest concepts further developed and refined digitally. Agents were provided with 3-5 grayscale logo options, from which they selected a design for colorization and mockup creation.

The project's main challenge was designing logos that not only captured the individuality of the agents but also aligned with the brokerage's logo and design sensibilities. Despite this challenge, these logos empowered the real estate agents to stand out and develop their unique personal brands within a crowded marketplace. Tools used for this project included Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and pen/paper, with no external collaborators involved.
