ATL Neighborhood Spotlights - SM Campaign

The "ATL Neighborhood Spotlights" was a unique Instagram Post/Story Campaign developed as part of an agent team initiative to create a more engaging and substantial set of assets for social media. The project involved creating a series of assets for various Atlanta neighborhoods, highlighting their local popular food options, history, current events, interesting facts, and areas of interest maps. The goal was to position the agents as community experts, promote collaboration and exposure with local businesses, and enhance the appeal of each agent's social media presence. The target clients for this project were a group of young, social-media savvy real estate agents and their specific target demographics - intelligent professionals interested in the social aspects of the Atlanta area.

The design process involved a single agent acting as the lead and point of contact for the project. Communities were chosen and assigned to different real estate agents responsible for researching the local interests of their assigned neighborhood. Agents provided a list of food locations, places of interest, and general facts about the area. Using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, a set of posts and stories were created that contained the required information, sourcing images and filling in gaps in information as necessary. The Marketing Coordinator played a crucial role in keeping the information organized and managing the proofing process. A significant challenge was fitting the required information into social media posts and stories in a way that was clear, readable, and visually appealing. This challenge was addressed by developing visual solutions tailored to each situation. The final outcome was a set of 10 neighborhood spotlights, each comprising 10 posts and 10 stories, totaling 200 individual social media assets. The reception was very positive, although the project's impact is not available.
